Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe 2015 Fixture, Tickets, Results
Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe 2015 cricket series is starting from 7th
November. The series will consist of 3 ODIs and 2 T20 matches. This
series was not planned a long time ago. Rather, Australian cricket team
were supposed to visit Bangladesh for a 2 match test series. Recently,
Australia postponed the series by showing some security issues for the
foreigners in Bangladesh. So, Zimbabwe has been invited to visit
Bangladesh and play this shorter version series prior to BPL T20 2015.
Zimbabwe was scheduled to visit Bangladesh in January 2016 to play a
complete series comprising Test, ODI and T20 matches. But, due to the
unexpected gap, the ODI and T20 portion is going to happen this
November. The test matches will be held in January 2016 as per schedule.
The last series between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe was held during October-December in 2014. So, it will be their meeting in approximately a year. Bangladesh won all the matches in that series. 3 Test whitewash and 5 ODI whitewash is a sweet memory for every Bangladeshi cricket lover. Here is the summary of that series.
The last series Bangladesh played was against South Africa in July 2015. So, it was a long gap compared to the other teams in the world. BPL T20 is starting from November 22. So, it will be a good practice for the Bangladeshi players for the upcoming BPL. Earlier this year, Bangladesh has won three consecutive series against Pakistan, India and South Africa. They played in the Quarter Final in ICC World Cup 2015 for the first time in the history of this country’s cricket. So, it is expected that they will finish this year on a positive note. As Zimbabwe has been the weaker side than Bangladesh in the recent few years, it should be an easy series win for the tigers. And after that, the home tournament of BPL will bring much enthusiasm among the cricket fans of this country.
Gazi Satellite Television Limited (GTV) (Bangladesh) will telecast all the matches of this series live. Not only the matches, GTV will telecast Cricket Extra,
a talk show with some renowned former players of Bangladesh. Note that
GTV has bought the right to telecast all the international matches of
Bangladesh till 2020.

The ticket price of Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe has been announced. The tickets will be available in United Commercial Bank (UCB) and UCash. 5 branches of UCB will sell tickets. Those are Pragati Sarani, Mirpur Road, Shantinagar, Uttara and Mirpur branch. Among these, only Mirpur branch will sell tickets directly. Other 4 branches will only supply the tickets bought by UCash. Tickets are available now in UCash. Mirpur branch will sell tickets directly from 6th November, 2015 (Friday).Note: 15% VAT will be added with the below mentioned priced.
